FREE SHIPPING OFFERS
At Prince Parfums Dubai, we are proud to offer our customers excellent shipping rates and service options. We provide Free Shipping on orders that meet a minimum purchase amount, which may vary throughout the year. Please check our website for the current threshold to see if your order qualifies.
The Free Shipping offer is only valid for the continental United States and does not extend to Alaska, Hawaii, and other U.S. territories.
International orders, including those to the UAE, are not eligible for free shipping.
**SHIPPING ADDRESS CHANGES/UPDATES**
To update your shipping address after an order is placed, please send your request within 30 minutes of purchase. While we will do our best to accommodate late changes, any requests made after this time frame may not be able to be honored, and Prince Parfums Dubai cannot guarantee that the change will be made.
If an incorrect shipping address is provided, any additional shipping charges incurred due to returned or undeliverable packages will be the responsibility of the customer. If the order initially qualified for free shipping, the cost to resend the package to a corrected address will be billed to the customer.
Should a package be returned because of an incorrect or undeliverable address and the customer elects for a refund or cancellation, the shipping cost initially covered by Prince Parfums Dubai will be deducted from the refund amount.
**SIGNATURE REQUIRED AT DELIVERY**
To ensure the secure delivery of your purchase, all orders valued at $250 or more are shipped with a Signature Required upon delivery. This measure is to prevent loss or theft during transit. The courier will attempt delivery three times to obtain a signature. If they are unable to secure a signature and complete delivery, the package will be redirected to the nearest courier office or access point. It is the customer's responsibility to retrieve the package within a designated timeframe.
If a package is returned to Prince Parfums Dubai due to an incorrect or incomplete address, non-deliverability issues, or failure to pick up from a courier access point, the order will be refunded minus the original shipping charges. The customer will need to place a new order if they wish to repurchase the items.

RETURN POLICY
At Prince Parfums Dubai, we are dedicated to ensuring our customers have a positive experience with our products. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we provide a straightforward process for returns or exchanges.
**REFUND POLICY**
**Try Before You Open:** To ensure your satisfaction, each full-size fragrance purchase includes a sample vial. Test the fragrance with the sample before opening the full-size bottle. If you're not pleased with the sample, leave the full-size bottle unopened and contact us at support@princeparfums.com within 14 days of receipt for return instructions.
**Initiating a Return:** Email us within 14 days of order receipt to start the return process. Timely communication is important to maintain the product in a condition fit for resale.
**Return Shipping:** After receiving return instructions, the unopened full-size bottle must be sent back within the next 14 days. A $12 fee for shipping and handling will be deducted from your refund. We process refunds within 5 business days after the returned item is received.
**Free Gifts:** If a return lowers your original order below the free gift eligibility threshold, please return the free gift in an unopened condition along with the purchased products. Used gifts or gifts not returned will have their value deducted from the refund
**Late Returns:** Items returned beyond the specified 14 days for shipping back to us may only qualify for store credit in the form of a gift card if accepted.
**Return Packaging:** Ensure that the fragrance is securely packaged to avoid damage during transit.
**EXCEPTIONS TO THE RETURN POLICY & NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS**
Certain items are not eligible for returns due to product integrity concerns after dispatch:
- Men and Women Discovery Kits
- Fragrance products that come in contact with the skin (e.g., rollerball sets
**Product Condition for Return:** To qualify for a full refund, products must be sealed in the original packaging, unopened, and in a condition suitable for resale.
**Non-Refundable Shipping Fees:** Shipping costs are non-refundable. If a package is undelivered, unclaimed, returned, or refused due to reasons not attributable to Prince Parfums Dubai, we do not cover shipping fees.
**Shipping Fees for Address Changes:** Additional fees incurred due to customer-initiated address changes after shipping are the customer's responsibility.
**EXCHANGE POLICY**
**Exchange Eligibility:** Exchanges must comply with the return conditions and be initiated within 14 days of delivery
**Exchange Processing Fee:** A $10 processing fee is applicable for each exchange transaction.
**RETURN SHIPPING**
**Using Our Return Label:** We provide a UPS Ground return label for a $12 flat fee, which will be deducted from your refund.
**Customer-Arranged Return:** You may opt to return the item using a trackable shipping method of your choice. Prince Parfums Dubai is not responsible for packages lost during return shipment.
